“One of the issues which we discussed was about patient centricity and the comment I made was doctors and clinicians are always patients centric. The problem is that, it’s their patient and what we’ve got to do is to actually open up, get the continuum of care, get the coordination of care. We need innovation about how we can put information in different clinical settings of the different people who actually do what they need to do. They all want to do what they want to do, but how do we coordinate it across all the different disciplines – I think that’s where the innovation is. I think there are some pockets of innovation; we just need to get them working much better today.”
