Abstract

“There are great methodologies, there are great experts, there are great organizations that can really help to bring services that are really human centric. Human centric for not only consumers and patients but also the clinicians and all the people in the healthcare sector and we can build those things and we can design those things by really understanding the pain points of those individual people and then designing solutions that solve those. But, the real challenge I think is how do we get that into the core and how do we create that systemic change getting people to collaborate across the different organizations and states and the federal level to really drive some of these new services and new product ideas so that they can be available to the masses and be adopted by the masses.”
