“The industry is clearly, there’s no shortage of kind of excitement around innovation and no shortage of funding but it definitely feels like there needs to be a change of mind-set around how you deliver innovation. I think still looking at technology in a sort of traditional sense and it’s all very difficult to sign off pieces of work and work streams but a new mentality, a new way of trying to deliver things that really gives some value back and some business value back and trying to carve off very simple business problems; solving those, presenting those and promoting that back into the industry and the wheels will start moving.”
